🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas:
We ship across India, including metro cities, towns, and rural areas.
2. Processing Time:
All customized orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Non-custom items ship within 1–2 business days.
3. Delivery Time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Other locations: 5–8 working days
(Delays may occur during festivals or unforeseen logistics issues.)
4. Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all our products (within India).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on products with an additional ₹50 charge
5. Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the links provided.
🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
As we deal in customized gifts, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
1. Returns/Replacement are accepted only if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered
- You contact us within 6 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

2. Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized items with names, photos, or custom messages
- Items that are used or tampered with
3. Process for Return/Replacement:
- Email us at hello@ramkudijhamkudi.in or WhatsApp us at +91-8951132028 with order ID and issue details.
- Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation is not possible due to the custom nature of the products.
- Cases of customer demanding refunds:
1. Refund will be 75% of the Order Cost, in case the customer doesn't want a suitable and available product replacement.
2. Refund amount will be transferred to the respective account only after receiving the product you return and by going through the quality check process.
