1. Product Customization
- All customized products are made as per the details (names, photos, messages) provided by the customer.
- Please ensure the information you submit is accurate and final. We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer while placing the order.
- Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
2. Order Confirmation
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email, message or WhatsApp.
- If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices on our website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of GST.
- We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD, extra charge applies).
4. Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped within India only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy section for timelines and charges.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier issues, festivals, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
5. Return & Replacement Policy
- Customized products are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order for any return or replacement request, with proper photo/video proof.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any return/replacement request based on our verification process.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
- After this window, cancellations are not possible, as the customization process starts immediately.
7. Use of Content
- All images, designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of RAMKUDI JHAMKUDI™ and cannot be used or copied without permission.
8. Privacy
- We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties.

- We are not liable for any indirect or accidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.
- In case of any issue, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
